MIXED MEDIA - 4 DAY ART CAMP July 20 - 23 (ADDITIONAL SESSION ADDED!!) 9:00am - 12noon AGES 7+ Campers will learn to use a variety of materials - from nature, and from diverse art media! This is a week to explore, celebrate - and stretch your imagination! Bring a healthy (non-peanut) snack + something to drink and arrive ready to get messy and have some fun! FUSED GLASS - 4 DAY ART CAMP July 20 - 23 (ADDITIONAL SESSION ADDED!!!) 1:00pm - 3:30pm AGES 9+ Spend those last (?) rainy days having FUN & discover the exciting process of fusing glass! CLAY - 5 DAY ART CAMP

9:00am - 12noon AGES 7+
Campers will work with "the new clay"; paper-infused stoneware. It makes working with clay easier, faster, and way more fun! Bring a healthy (non-peanut) snack and a drink. Arrive in clay clothes - and spend the week learning to make a variety of things with clay - including prints made from clay slabs! Clay experience is helpful, but not necessary; all supplies are included. Maximum: 8

This week we'll explore creative new techniques in drawing, painting and printmaking. Kids ‘n Clay
3-Day Handbuilding Workshop
August 17, 19 & 21
4-6pm
Our cellulose-infused stoneware makes clay a successful medium – even for younger artists! Students @ 5 – 9 will learn to build and glaze their own pots, sculptures and more in this fun (and messy!) class! No experience is necessary. All supplies are included. Maximum: 8

4-6pm
We know that, with the proper instruction, kids can work safely and successfully in glass. This workshop is specially designed for kids @ 5 – 9 who want to make “real” art! We’ll learn to cut, fuse and slump glass – and make several great projects! No experience is necessary. All supplies are included. Maximum: 8.

Gourds
2 Day Mixed Media Workshop

4 – 6pm  Age 12+
We’ll make enchanting gourd sculptures using a number of surface decorating techniques. No experience necessary. All materials will be provided - though students may also want to bring their own embellishments! Maximum: 8.

Students will learn basic metal-working skills as they build a small sculpture or jewelry piece incorporating mixed metals.
